Punjab Technical Training Center was established in 1973 to impart vocational crash program short course in various trades. It was upgraded as Polytechnic in 1996 and has been striving for strengthening the technical menpower in country, By the addition of new building B.Sc technology classes were started under the name of Punjab College of Technology & Management Sciences.
PCTMS affiliated with
Govt. College University Faisalabad (GCUF) and offering B.Sc. Engineering Technology.

The journey of Punjab College of Technology and Management Sciences, Lahore, began in 2017 as a technical college, initially operating from an office at Bohar Wala Chowk, Allama Iqbal Road, near Lahore Railway Station. Today, it operates from its current location at 8-A Shahrah-e-Aiwan-e-Tijarat, Shadman Chowk, Lahore, within the premises of JV Scholars College of Technology. Over the years, the institute has built a legacy of excellence and distinction, attracting renowned scholars and distinguished personalities who have played a pivotal role in its growth and development.
