Head of Department — Mechanical Engineering TechnologyResponsible for academic leadership — setting course roadmaps, exams, and grading methodologies — and staff management, including recruiting, mentoring, and performance reviews for faculty.

Engr. Rashid Bashir
The Registrar plays a vital administrative role, ensuring structural efficiency, strict compliance with educational regulatory boards, and accurate management of academic records — maintaining continuous correspondence with GCUF for student registrations and course validations.
Mr. Maqsood Hassan
Responsible for the examination schedule, secure test materials, managing invigilation staff, processing and submitting grades to affiliated boards (PBTE, GCUF), and handling student appeals for rechecking and unfair-means cases.
How the institute is organized.
The organizational structure of PCTMS ensures effective academic, administrative, and operational management. The Director serves as head of the institute and supervises all activities.
The Director provides strategic leadership and policy implementation; the Principal monitors academic execution and discipline; the Registrar and Controller Examinations manage records and results.
The Admission Office handles enrollment and counseling; the Administration & Accounts Office manages finance and procurement; Heads of Departments manage curriculum, with faculty working under their supervision.
Coordination between administration and faculty maintains quality standards through regular departmental meetings and academic reviews, supporting both theoretical learning and practical, lab-based training.
