Rules & Regulations
All students of PCTMS are expected to comply with the following rules to maintain a disciplined and productive academic environment.
Academic Integrity
Maintain honesty in exams and assignments. Plagiarism or cheating leads to disciplinary action. A minimum CGPA of 2.0 is required to continue studies.
Attendance
75% attendance is mandatory per subject. Absentees without valid reason may be barred from exams.
Examinations
ID card is compulsory during exams. Use of unfair means results in an "F" grade or suspension.
Dress Code & Behavior
Follow a decent and modest dress code. Misconduct, abusive language, or damage to property is punishable.
Mobile & Technology Use
Mobile phones are prohibited during lectures and exams. Unauthorized recording is strictly not allowed.
Anti-Harassment Policy
Zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or discrimination. Strict action will be taken as per institutional and HEC policy.
Fee Policy
Fees must be paid on time; late payment incurs fines. Fees are non-refundable unless approved by the committee.
Discipline
Students violating rules may face warning, suspension, or expulsion. Repeated misconduct can lead to permanent removal from the college.
Library & Lab Use
Silence must be maintained. Equipment and books must be returned in good condition.
General Conduct
Carry your ID card at all times. Smoking, drugs, weapons, and political activity are strictly banned.
